I'll be honest, SEVENTEEN is a brand I've had the tendency to overlook but with their recent re-brand which looks far more sleek and clean I've started to take more notice.
A few weeks ago I picked up this concealer on a whim and I'm really glad I did. It sticks to it's word and provides pretty heavy duty under eye coverage not too dissimilar to that of my beloved Bobbi Brown Creamy Concealer.
A little goes a long way with this stuff so don't be too heavy handed, It's creamy formula means it blends nicely although it's thick consistency means it does have a tendency to crease if you over do it.
I really like the packaging, the mirror comes in handy for on the go touch ups and you get a really good amount of product for the price.
Minor niggle: The shade range is limited. Very limited. With just two shades to choose from I settled with fair which was a touch to light, with fair being far too dark.
SEVENTEEN Phwoarr Paint is available to buy in Boots at a very reasonable £5.49.

It's a great budget under eye concealer, if you're willing to spend a bit more I'd have a look at the Bobbi Brown corrector and concealers :) x
