Good enough to eat - LUSH Lip Scrub



Following on from last weeks post about NUXE Rêve de Miel, the lip balm of dreams I thought I'd let you know how I prep my lips for daily smotherings.

 Starting on an unglamourous note, my lips are prone to getting pretty darn dry and flakey. Not only can it be quite painful, it also makes lipstick look unsightly.

 When my lips are suffering I'll give them a quick rub of this LUSH lip scrub. The granules help to buff away any dry skin and my lips are left exfoliated and almost looking human again. Typically I'll follow up with lashings of NUXE Rêve de Miel and they'll be pretty much sorted for lipstick application.

 I try to use this once a week throughout the year anyway, but during the drier months I rub away as much as I can. The best bit? It's just sugar granules, so you can lick it straight off afterwards!

 You can buy LUSH scrubs here for £5.25 and there is a bunch of delicious flavours to choose from.

 Has anyone tried the LUSH Christmas scrub yet? I can't wait to add it to my collection!

    I love these, i use the bubblegum one all the time. I've heard the christmas one is cola flavour though which I don't like to i won't be buying that one :(

    Lush scrubs are so scrummy, I am constantly wearing lipstick so always go to this product as a way to remove dry skin!

    Lush is amazing, their scrubs are awsome and cola flavour is insanley delicious...sounds like my kind of thing :)

    I haven't bought a lip scrub from Lush in awhile since I decided to DIY them instead. I feel that it works just as well, but miss the amazing smell of the Lush ones! A Christmas scrub does sounds very appealing though! Will have to check it out xo Jess

    I can't believe I've never tried a lush product. Seeing all the holiday offers makes me feel I need to get on the bandwagon! I have been using the elf lip scrub and it works really well.

    I'm an avid lipstick fan. I cannot be with out my Lush lip scrub. I have it in Popcorn, but I've also tried Bubblegum. The Mint Julep one has never appealed to my nose unfortunately...great product though :)
